I purchased this dryer a couple of months ago I am happy with the way it leaves all of my cotton wearables, the large capacity is great for my king size bedding but unfortunately anything with Polyester comes out wrinkled no matter what setting I use. There is an "activewear" setting under specialty settings but even that does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey jdie, thank you for taking the time to submit your review concerning your dryer. I understand that you are having problems with your Polyester clothes coming out wrinkled. Typically this is caused by overloading and leaving clothes in the dryer after cycle ends. We would recommend reducing the size of the load and tumble at medium or low heat for about five to ten minutes. Hope this helps! Kindly, Jennifer

Love the steam option

I love the added options on the dryer specially the steam it saves me time ironing my clothes and refreshing my clothes without washing them
