While most cycles use a sensor to determine when the clothes are dry, meaning it is more imperative to sort the load, you may use the time dry cycle to prevent the dryer from turning off too early if you don't wish to sort so carefully. You can dry up to 90 minutes at a time. ~ Brandi

Oh my! Let me see if I can help a small bit, not4me. “Auto Dry” cycles save time and energy and protect fabrics. When the load has reached the selected dryness level, it will continue to tumble during a cool down period. This helps reduce wrinkling and makes items easier to handle during unloading (page 10 in your Owner’s Manual). Drying time varies depending on size and dampness of load and fabric type. If the load is too small or almost dry, the moisture sensing bars may not detect enough moisture to continue the cycle and the cycle may end after a few minutes. If this occurs, select a Timed Dry cycle (page 9 in your Owner’s Manual). Select “Wrinkle Release” if the dried load might not be removed promptly at the end of the cycle. The dry load will continue tumbling without heat to help reduce wrinkling. When chime is selected, a beep will be heard periodically. The load may be removed any time during wrinkle release (page 11). With new technology and the addition of moisture sensing bars, both electric and gas dryers are more intuitive in sensing dryness.
