In 2 month the motor dont funtion

I need to call the service center because the machine gave a code E59. When the technician check, he said that the code es E5C and reset the machine.

So far I love it. I needed a washer with sanitize my daughter and granddaughter both want my washer. It's easy to use needed to pedestal though because of my back. Have trouble removing the dispenser, but over all its great

I have had mine 3years no issues except the steam on the dryer stopped working. Thinking it may be clogged??

Great Features, but some design flaws IMO

I had an LG TROMM washer/drier which I loved , but (after 6 years) the control board went and was not able to get a replacement. So I bought this one because it specifically said it had a water-heater - many do not, apparently, which is bizarre!
MAJOR PLUS points:
Steam-clean, Sanitize,
Ability to open door after cycle has started ( for forgotten items!).
Extra Rinse.
Latch to keep door open to dry out.

NEGATIVE points:
1.The door is huge (as is the drum - I think I could climb in , so make sure your kids don't! ) and as a result it is pretty heavy and often doesn't close properly first time. I get the impression that it is dropping on the hinge and this will get worse over time obviously.

2 a. No ability to pre-set/select fixed temperature settings (e.g. 40 C) just "HOT" /"WARM"
2 b. It relies on a hot water supply - which I don't have in the laundry. I *assumed* that, since it has a water heater, this would get used for HOT & WARM programs accordingly, but it does not, it is only used for sanitize & steam. This is not made clear in the description and a bit of a disappointment (see above).
If you do have a hot water supply then you will be fine - apart from 2a.

Bought this 3 years ago been a problem from day 1

I bought this washer and I live alone so it had light use and from the start it has given me problems. The latest one is that one of the stabilizing arms is broke I think as it sounds like a someone is trying to bust out on the spin cycle. It has never drain all the water well and I have to clean more frequently to keep from smelling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bot the washer and so far it is working great. However, I cant believe it does not have a light! For this kind of money a light should be standard. I have to use my flashlight to look inside. Not good. Also, I am staking the dryer and I was told it is only held on by 2 hooks . Competitor models use bolts which is much more stable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
