Nice washer. We had to have the door gasket replaced just a few months after owning it. The repair technician was not very knowledgable about this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

IT really does fit!

The salesman said "Even the largest comforter or bedspread will fit" I did not really believe him but I like the Electrolux range I have, so I thought I will buy it (American tech support YES). The first item I put in to my new washer.. THE BEDSPREAD This is not just a bedspread, it is a king size fluffy comforter spread and it fit, it really fit !!!. The spread came out clean and fresh. No more folding it up and taking it to the cleaners. This washer does all size loads as well as all fabrics. There is a light in the tub ;no more items left behind.. The washer even tells you when to run a clean washer cycle .This washer is very easy to use and looks great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Front Load Washer from Electrollux

My Kenmore front loader died in June, I wanted a front loader and have been extremely happy with this washer. It is extremely quiet and efficient.

My front load washer

Electrolux is the only front load washer with a reversible door. I hadn't realized that most front load machines are made for the washer to be on the left but my villa had the set up for the right side washer.

WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO LOOK FOR A WASHER AND DRYER I NEVER DREANED HE WOULD AGREE TO GETTING ME THE FRONT LOAD WASHER I WANTED. OUR CLOTHES ARE CLEANER AND BRIGHTER! I AM ABLE TO WASH MY KING SIZE COMFORTER AND HEAVY BLANKETS WITH EASE AND WITHOUT MAKING A TRIP TO THE LAUNDRY MAT. I ALSO DON'T HAVE TO WASH AS OFTEN! THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS I WOULD REVERSE THE DOOR ON THE WASHER SO THAT WHEN I AM MOVING THE CLOTHES FROM THE WASHER TO THE DRYER I DO NOT HAVE TO MOVE AROUND THE DOOR. OTHER THAN THAT I AM A COMPLETELY, 100% SATISFIED CUSTOMER. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

A truly GREAT WASHER!

This is not only our 1st Front Load Washer, it's also our 1st Electrolux Appliance!
Since we have our own Well, saving Water is not nice - it's also the smart thing to do. When this Washer is done Spinning the Load, the Dryer ( also an Electrolux! ) can Dry the Load in less time. We bought both Electrolux Washer and Gas Dryer to replace respectively: a Speed Queen Washer and a Fisher & Paykel Gas Dryer. My Wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our Electrolux Appliances!!
