[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, ultra quiet, can handle an extra large load. Purchased a floor model, set it up and discovered it needed a repair. Electrolux took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Broke after 2 years

We built a new house and sold our 8 year old front loaders with last house, we never had any issues after 8 years. This washer and dryer both had multiple breakdowns within 2 years, highly disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic except for short-lived bearings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer and matching dryer in March of 2014 to replace a 10 year old (different manufacturer) front loader set because the dryer was beginning to go. Overall, the Electrolux set has been great - great cleaning ability, nice features like the sanitize cycle, energy and water efficient. But to have the bearings wear out in less than 4 years is certainly disappointing, especially since we only averaged 4-5 loads per week. Estimates for the repair are nearly the cost to purchase a replacement machine. As our overall experience with Electrolux appliances has been good, we're looking at the EFLS517SIW, but I'm on the fence because of the short lifespan of the EIFLW50LIW.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use Really clean wash
