Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 1 year ago and have been very pleased. So quiet, uses far less water than my old top loader, and gets the laundry much cleaner. And it looks good, too. So far so good.

Best purchase we've made great features and looks

2 1/2 yrs old and I have to replace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will give it 2 stars for being super quiet and getting the clothes rung out. Cleaning clothes is average- you have to remember to pre-treat stains. I had the belt slip off after 7months. Under warranty and the guys noted that the harness for the drum was not tightened as this was an issue they were seeing. 3 months later same thing so the factory made them replace the drum, harness, etc. Now a year later, the belt slipped off again but this time we noticed that the drum (which is plastic) was warn through to the point we could push the plastic through which means water will leak out. We never moved the machine as they say not to due to leveling so we relied on the installers first time and the repair guys the times after. This had been

My Hopeful Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is okay. The parts are mostly plastic. The soap dispenser drawer broke within 6 months after purchase. It is taking forever to get it fixed by the warranty repair center. I am still waiting for the three parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Lessthanusual, thank you for your review. The water you are noticing is a result of the siphoning action and is part of the normal operation of the washer. The water may be removed by removing the dispenser drawer (see Care and Cleaning in this guide) and draining water into the empty drum or sink. Hope this helps! -Jennifer
