Excellent Washer

This is our second Electrolux washer of the same model. Our first one stopped working and we elected to purchase a new one than repair it. A couple things to mention that might interest a purchaser. We wanted a reversible door, which this model has. However, make sure that you get in writing that the door will be reversed prior to being delivered to you. If you do that you will not have any issues with it. We don't recommend that you try to do it yourself as it is somewhat complicated and it will be done free for you. The dispenser where you put in the detergent is designed in a way that water accumulates there and could cause a mold issue. We simply remove it when we are done with our washing and empty it into our sink which we are lucky to have next to the washer and then put it back in. We have not had any problems by doing that. You should leave your washer door open when you are done washing so you eliminate the possibility of odors. Also, we received a recommendation to only use powder detergent in this washer and that has worked out well for us. We felt the washer should have lasted a lot longer than it did (5 years) but we liked it's washing performance and features so we got another one. If it does not last longer this time we will try something different. We did not get a protection plan for it.

Fast washing and drying time

I bought this set a month ago to replace a Bosch set. I am amazed how much quicker I can do laundry, and how much better my laundry feels.

We bought this unit back in May just when 3 college aged kids were coming home. I wear a uniform everyday. That, along with the 3 kids has given this machine a run for the money. Not even a hiccup.

Great washing machine!

I've had my new washer for 5 months and am loving it. I like the amount of control I have over it especially the pause, the cancel, the fresh rinse, and the hand wash options. I highly recommend this washer.

Not enough water

This helps your clothes feel fresher and last longer. Fast and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer completes a load in 42 minutes for a normal cycle. My old washer took at least 55 minutes and my clothes come out so much cleaner now. It is also very quiet.
