I chose Electrolux because it came highly recommended by numerous sales personnel. My concern was I wanted a washer with the least amount of service calls. When they delivered the washer it had an "F9" error and would not run. The next one was delivered a few days later and has been working fine. The washer cleans well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We LOVE our new washer! It gets our clothes clean, it's energy efficient, and it has every feature we could wish for. Electrolux was recommended by a local company as the go-to reliable brand, and I am so glad they made the recommendation.

many features, washing, rinsing and spinning

My washer and dryer were delivered right after Thanksgiving in 2015.
I had to have my doors reversed on both washer and dryer. I have washed curtains, regular loads of clothes,and heavy coats . I was amazed how quiet it is.

Doing laundry takes half the time

I took delivery of my Washing Machine on 12/17/15. All the washing options is a little confusing so I have requested the free DVD which I hope will be helpful. The machine quiet and my clothing and bedding look beautiful. l have the riser drawers which is a great benefit for my back.

When I first purchased it I LOVED it. I've had it a little over a year and recently had to get it serviced. My warrantee had expired so I had to pay out of pocket (which was very frustrating). Since it's fixed I'm in love again.

Worked well until it didn't, still waiting on part

Bought this with a companion dryer to equip a new house(replacement for a house that Sandy ate). Began using it the end of April 2015. Washes well but then the dispenser drawer would not remain closed. I found that the small plastic retaining hook on the bottom of the drawer had broken. This is a POOR design as far as durability goes, the washer has seen little use as the household only consists of my wife and I. The hook and it's actuating spring are easily replaced however the warrantee folks were unable to supply one as the drawer is sold as a unit. I have been waiting for over three weeks for notification that the part is at the warrantee service center. In the interim good old fashioned duct tape has been the go to field expedient but aggravating to use. This retaining arm and hook seems so far the only weakness in the machine. I am not college graduate mechanical engineer however I am mechanically astute and can't figure out just how this deficient design made it through development. It works in theory but when it is made of inferior plastic it is a failure. Plastic is not a bad thing when properly done (the 20+ year old Glock I carry daily and have about 75,000+ rounds through is an example of good design meeting good materials). I hope the replacement drawer should I ever get it has been upgraded.
