i purchased the dryer and with first use it made a terrible noise. they were not able to fix it on the second appointment and they replaced it with a new one!!

We have only had this for about 2 months and there was a minor error that popped up and as soon as I called them they sent someone out no in a timely matter to fix and it was no problem...completely satisfied

Decent dryer

I have owned this dryer for almost a year now. It works great, however the steam function has never worked, which is the reason I bought this model. Service was able to replace the board and valve in about a week and appears to be working properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
