Does not stay closed

I bought this and after opening it 4 times,
it does Not stay closed. At this time I wish I did not buy.

Roomy & easy to operate

I was actually almost not going to purchase the pedestal drawers , but did after my brother's strong recommendation - and SO glad I did. They are VERY roomy and although I've filled them with various liquid detergents and supplies of substantial weight , they open and close easily with a touch of my foot. The other advantage is laundry supplies out of sight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought them about six months ago. Very easy to open, sliding is very smooth. Very easy to reach all the way to the back of the drawer. Love them!

problem with one drawer

after one week one drawer will not close. Electrolux sent a new striker, it did not help.

Awesome product

I purchased this a little over a month ago and absolutely love them I had a problem with the latch but contacted customer service and they mailed me another latch. Very good service

We would recommend opening the drawer from the middle gently to prevent breaking the latch or bending the tracks. However, replacement parts should have your drawer working properly again.
