not worth the money

Dries fine for sure. But metal grate in back that was silver is already starting to rust and stain my clothes. Only had for 8 months and I bought brand new. I've been very disappointed with all Frigidaire appliances so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful!

Purchased this dryer over 7 years ago and love the variation in drying. I'm known in the family as the one that can wash and dry delicates and even "dry clean only" successfully at home because of the detailed dry cycles. It has saved me a ton in dry cleaning bills! Love this machine!

Quick and Efficient!

Love my washer AND my dryer! They're both amazing! The washer gets so much water out of the clothes, it makes the dryer SUPER efficient! Clothes never come out damp or wet in any way! Love it and would buy it again!

Lots of features

Don't buy the hype

I bought the Gallery Series of this dryer (and washer) over 9 years ago. Have to admit the 'moisture sensing' aspect was part of why. I'm still waiting for the moisture sensing to work. Regardless of what cycle setting or temperature selected, clothes are either not dry or are over-dried. Replaced twice in first year with no improvement.
Because the launderer is too stupid to know what temperatures they want to use in a cycle some selections are impossible. "Towel" cycle is a really cute idea but has anyone in R&D actually read the care label on a towel? Neither HIGH nor MED-HIGH is not a recommended temperature for most towels available today. Of course NORMAL, LOW, MORE DRY would do the trick ... if the moisture sensor function actually worked.
Light bulb replacement requires a contortionist. Lint screen slot is a nightmare to clean (it needs cleaning at least weekly) and, judging by the amount of lint that I have to clean out of my vent hose, lint 'control' really doesn't exist with this machine. My opinion would probably be better if ANY part of this problem could be more easily accessed.
The washer is just as disappointing.
I look forward to the day when I can justify purchasing replacements for the washer & dryer ... or hit the lottery so I don't have to wait.

Quiet and easy to use

The dryer is easy to operate and is very quiet. Very well designed. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new dryer.
