Super Washer, a must buy!

Rough start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cleans great but I definitely had a rough start with this machine. Electronics unresponsive. I would have to hit the spot 20 times before it would start. Then a few months in a piece of clothing with a tie got stuck and pulled out the front gasket...impossible to get back in without help. Cleaning and options are great but I never had this kind of trouble with a top loader.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
