[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had it quite a month but it has really had a work out. I think we've used every cycle it has except steam, and they all performed great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does a great job. Very quiet and doesn't shake the house like our old one did. Saves on water use. Fit in a tight space. Complicated computer controls— ok once you figure out what you need.

I bought this about a month ago having seen the review in Yale Appliances and am extremely satisfied with it.. My clothes are definitely cleaner than they have been in a while!

Very quiet!

We have had our washer and dryer for 1 month. It is very compact and fits great in our condo. It is so quiet you don't even realize it is running. I wasn't sure at first about the unvented dryer but it really does work nicely and we have it draining with the washer line so no need to empty the water. I do wish the softener dispensed differently. I try to empty that compartment of water regularly.
