Oven calibration way off

Bought this unit in April 2013, I have had it for 7 months now and hate it! The oven calibration is way off. Bake casseroles with cheese and the cheese dries out and turns brown before the dish is done. Cookie, suppose to take 8 - 12 minutes, take 25. You can calibrate the oven yourself, and I've tried.but it only allows you to adjust 30 degrees where mine needs about 50. When set at 350, it reads 285 inside. Cancel, restart and untis temp reads 313 when it was supposed to be 350. I set at 400, waited about 10 minutes after it claimed it was ready and the temp inside read 450. ????? I have three thermometers inside. Have to get this figured out or fixed before Thanksgiving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this range for a couple of months now and I love it. I use to have double wall ovens in my old house, so I missed not having them. This range solves that problem and I now have 2 ovens again. All of the features work very well.

Upon install the clock was running 8 minutes fast per hour. Called warranty, sent a tech and they agreed. Order part, awaiting part. A few days later we went to use the one of the two ovens and F64 error code displayed. Google that code, faulty EOC or electronic oven control. Called the service tech company to inform them of my findings. Now, once again I await for a tech to confirm my findings to order parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This range is overall great. The only negative is that it only has one timer. It can be difficult when things are baking in each oven and I need to have a separate timer for each oven. I wish the timer allowed you to select which oven you wanted to set the timer for and then could be set again for the other oven and/or the cooktop. It's relatively user friendly. The quick preheat can be a little confusing since the oven doesn't get up to temperature when it beeps that it is ready to bake. Overall, very satisfied with the range.

My double oven rocks!! The cooktop gets hot super fast! Definitely needed when cooking dinner for a family of 5 and time is essential

I have never been more happy with a appliance, this range has made my life easy. It is definitely a high end range with all the bells and whistles, easy to understand control panel and the space of the ovens is unbelievable. I don't know how I ever lived without it. Worth every penny I paid

Great features!

I have had my oven for two months. I feed 9-14 people every Sunday for lunch. I LOVE two full size ovens! The stovetop heats quickly, as do the ovens using the quick heat feature. I can now bake a cake at the correct temperature and it's done, perfectly! I can cook a couples of casseroles in one oven and have bread heating at the same time! My meal is all warm together!

love the double oven

One oven for raising dough and the other to bake and cookies in half the time.
It does seem to take a long time to get up to temperature.
Stove top is beautiful but seem to be cleaning it after every use to keep the shine.
