There are not enough superlatives to describe my awful experience with the refrirgerator, stove, and microwave. Electrolux, no need to answer this. Bought 10 year warranty so thank god. Microwave: broken handle (week one), and replaced mother board. Stove: Just returned - mother board blew out 3 times (we said NO MORE), broken plastic trim on top, uneven temperatures, rusted grill top (no matter how well treated/maintained), etc. Refrigerator: Everything! Frosting on food in refrigerator, broken freezer door (replaced), broken side bins, broken ice maker (twice). About 15 repairs in five years. Walk away. You'll be sorry on this whole Electrolux series. I really hope they have paid attention to such horrible quality issues - I expect better from this manufacturer.

PROBLEMS!

I purchased this refrigerator this summer 2016. We have had nothing but problems. Ice maker quit working and frost was building up in crisper drawers due to a broken seal. Now one of the shelves in the fridge came apart. The seal on the shelf that secures it to the support bracket just gave way. Fortunately the glass did not break but the shelf is unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice but unreliable

Bought the fridge in November 2013 and had issues with the seal within the first year. It was repaired but then had further issues with frost in the freezer. Currently the fridge won't cool and have called a repair specialist but disappointed with the reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this about a month ago. Went back to ice maker in freezer section and no water dispenser to avoid expensive repairs in the future.

For what I paid for this high end fridge I was expecting much, much more. We have had nothing but problems, primarily with the icemaker but it has been one thing after another. Steer clear of ICON appliances

HUGE MISTAKE!

We bought this product three years ago and since then we have had nothing but problems. Within a year the ice maker broke and the appliance store I bought it from said it was out of warranty, so the repair would be at my expense. I now make ice in ice trays. The next disaster was that two glass shelves just fell apart. It seems that the mounting arms became unglued from the glass This also happened within a year. Again the store said it was out of warranty. I rearranged the shelving to make do, but now we have less storage space as a consequence. Finally the freezer travel bar broke off the track. I had to remove it. My wife wants to replace the fridge, but when we renovated the kitchen we had it built it into the wall, so we are stuck with it for a while.

The worst ice maker ever!

I concur with all of the reviews on how terrible the ice maker is. It just doesn't work after numerous repairs, including a complete replacement of the mother board. I regret the day I purchased this refrigerator. It is a lemon!
