Great Pair

We purchased the matching pair, washer and dryer. At first look they looked a bit intimating, especially for a man whos usual contribution to helping with the laundry is to unload the dryer when the cycle is finished. After reading the owners manual I found both units very easy to operate. There are quite a few different settings in each unit, and that makes doing the laundry very easy. All the setting that have been used thus far do just what we expect them to do. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend them to all our friends and family when they are in the market for a washer and dryer. We have two grown kids who live in apartments which has laundry rooms offered, but are a pain in the neck to use. So guess who is also using our units, and they love them too.

We bought this dryer about 6 months ago and I have loved it since. Dry's great and shuts off if it detects it does not need anymore dry time. Also the amount of room you can fit. I can fit 2-3 loads(only two people in the household) in at a time and I have no issue with them not being dry. I would recommend this dryer or brand to anyone.

Nice huge size

I love the huge size. This has cut down my wash loads in half as the dryer can accommodate twice as much as my old dryer. The dryer is quiet. There are many choices of settings. The only thing I wish is I had bought the model with the steam for extra wrinkle release for cotton shirts. The lint trap does trap lint better than my old dryer.

Great Dryer!

My dryer was not funtioning properly and decided to researcha lot on different dryers and decided on this one. I wanted something more luxurious and great quality. Based on the ratings and reviews, I purchased this one. Love this dryer especially the Fast Dry option. I finish my laundry in no time.

Automatic? I don't think so!

I paid extra for automatic settings. When they didn't work and the machine consistently stopped before wash was dry, I called for service. The service man said there was nothing wrong with the machine except that the location of the sensor had changed and now it sensed "dry" before everything was dry. His solution? Used the timed setting! I paid for automatic, not guess how long it will take and used the timed setting! My old dryer with only 2 automatic settings, cotton and permanent press always got the job done! What's going on?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love my new washer and dryer

Have had my new stackable washer and dryer for a month now and love them. They are easy to use and the clothes come out very clean. I have a teenage son and with our old washer, I would sometimes have to wash his clothes a few times to get them clean but that hasn't been necessary since I started using my new machine.
