I bought this oven just before Christmas. I love it. The lower convection oven cuts baking time in half. The upper oven is just the right size for popping a tray of biscuits in to along with the mea.

The power burner boils water in record time. The center burner allows me to make enough grilled cheese sandwiches so the whole family can enjoy them hot together.

I had never seen a double oven free standing range before last year. When I remodeled my kitchen this was my first purchase. It is awesome! I think every household should have one!

Doesn't fit counter depth properly

This was just delivered. It is a beautiful stove...however, due to the room needed for the gas line, the range is sticking out approximately 3 inches from the wall. It is very visible and makes it look sloppy. My previous unit was also a Whirlpool and fit flush with the wall. This looks like it is installed improperly but I've been informed that it is as far back as the rear hoses and cords will allow. Again, I don't understand because my previous unit had the hose and cord behind it and fit perfectly. I will be returning the unit as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the design problem, I won't be using the many advertised features that prompted me to make the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love is a Whirlpool Oven

I love my new Whirlpool Oven. It looks perfect in the kitchen of our log cabin in the hills of Western Pennsylvania. I have kept main dishes warm for a party of 30 people on the Fourth of July, and I have cooked a rump roast that tasted like prime rib for my husband and myself for Sunday dinner. We have grilled fish on the grill and fried farm eggs in the morning. It does everything I know how to do and more. Thank you, Whirlpool!
