I really didnt know what to expect from this galaxy s6 since i found out the battery was no longer going to be removable, expandable storage was gone, and water resistance went out the window. I was being skeptical about the device and what it brought to the table until the moment i held it for the first time. The diisgn is incredible it is a beautiful phone i didnt even want to touch it i was in shock for a few seconds. Once i powered it on i realized that it is more than worth the loss of certain features the display is stunning and the curves make the images pop up at you. Battery has has been great for me charges up very fast lasts enough for me to make it through the day. Front facing camera is flawless it just dont seem like front facing camera quality that im used to, very nice selfies!! Low light pics are also much better. There are so many other features i love, but my fingers are getting tired of typing lol. Overall best looking and performing phone i have ever purchased and i have to say samgsung you never fail to surprise. Ive had the s3, s4, s5, and s6 edge and each has been a good upgrade except this one because it exceeded my expectations by far. Good work samsung you have a very happy s6 edge proud owner keep it up.
Pros: Bright display, beautiful is not enough to describe this dual edge, premium feel and gorgeous display!!

Great Phone lived up to the hype until....

Overall I love this phone. I have had it around 2 weeks now and it does what it says. One of the best features is the Fast Charger. It seems like it charges in no time flat.
The phone is fast. However one of the draw backs is the battery. I supposed on its design and the size of it you really can't expect a big battery to last very long. The battery during heavy use will drain fairly quick.. The Quick Charger certainly lives up to its hype charging a near dead phone in around an hour. Of course a lot depends on the software you run and the features you run concurrently. Power saving mode certainly helps but at the degradation of performance. During periods of time in which I will not be needing the phone and plugging it in is not an option I highly recommend ULTRA-Power Saving. It certainly does its job. I can leave it be for 8 hours not touching the phone for calls or anything an the max it drops is 3% typical is 1 to 2% Very handy feature they put on the status drawer.
Now, though, here is why i cannot currently recommend this phone. There is an apparent hardware anomaly affecting the accelerometer after the Fast Charger is used. This causes the accelerometer to malfunction and breaks the auto-rotate (as in it will not auto-rotate). A first I thought so big deal, then when I started using the camera, you have use it in the other orientation, for if you don't photos and videos will be upside down! Not cool.
Oh, and more thing. The camera, despite the rotation issue, is awesome! Fantastic photos. The downloadable add ons really add to the camera. The slow motion is awesome.
This phone is capable of shooting in 4K, I have not yet since it's default setting is FULL HD.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i don't have anything to criticize other than that the batteries don't last as long as I've been told. I love the edge and it's features. the design is lovely.

This is my third phone in the Galaxy Series. I am super impressed with the S6 Edge. Fast response time and incredible resolution. You can't go wrong!

Worth the wait

I was due for an upgrade months ago but researched to see if there was going to be a new release I then learned about the S6 Edge. I love it definitely worth the wait. I wish the battery life was better but other than that no complaints.

This phone is the best you can currently get your hands on. It is powerful, striking upon first look, lightning fast, and feature-rich. The screen is visually magnificent and the colors brilliant. The camera takes beautiful pictures. My only complaint is the battery life. Such a powerful phone should have been equipped with a battery equal in strength.
