I love my s6 edge

This is a brilliant phone. I love the adaptive memory for texting and voice-to-text, which I appreciate being uniquely adapted to my vocal features and being able to use it off-cloud. The phone is fast, having essentially the same internals as the Note 4 with a 16mb camera that seems to have some on-board software that acts as a filter to improve shots - great camera.
Unfortunately, there is some bloatware included as with every samsung phone but most of these can be disabled thankfully with updates turned off. i think basic installation on the phone seemed kinda high for that reason but since this model is in 64gb it shouldn't be a problem.
definitely would recommend this phone to android fans.

p.s. the edge screen is pretty cool indeed. once they add a few more functions for the s6 edge specifically, it could really help bring the idea of curved screens/glass (esp. their new uhd tv's) into the homes of USA consumers. Just a thought

Design Change? Am I gonna drop it and crack the edge?

I was worried about dropping it on the edge but honestly now that I have had it a couple of weeks I am super happy with my choice. I love the edge features! I heard a few things about how easily they break but hey get a case and it is glass. I would say if you are rough on a phone it is probably safer with no edge.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, very fast

Samsung is failing

I just got a s6 edge and about 2 weeks after i got it I know have to restart my phone every hour or so to be able to watch any videos tryed factory reset and nothing. The design is nice but Samsung needs to stop copying apple and bring back bigger removable battery's and micro SD card slot. Whit the edge when u reach accost the screen it pusshes random buttons with ur palm. Also I feel the phone gets to hot doing simple tasks such as writing this reveiw. I think Samsung is focusing to much on design and not the big picture they were going in a great direction with not 4 but anything newer is kind of working it way down hill personally I'd like a phone that works not just a pretty phone.
Pros: fast charging, great heaphones, nice camera, great display
Cons: no micro sd, no removable battery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2nd samsung in less than a week

I just switched from iPhone to samsung last Monday week and one day ago. I first got the active s6 after being within my 14 day return policy I went back and looked at the s6 edge. I so like both phones however the edge is great in like the features that you get with the edge. I would tell anyone who has a doubt to give this phone a try.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S5 Active. So it was quite the upgrade. I love the new design. The phone is super fast. I haven't noticed any lagging or glitches of any kind. I've had the pho e for about a month now.
The only thing that doesn't suit me is the edge screen doesn't have very many features yet. But I'm waiting for new additions to come along!

I have been a die hard Samsung fan for years, phones, TV's, speakers, etc. I started out with the G1 and went through the S3,4,5 and now I have the S6 Edge. I absolutely love it! It has the familiar feel of the past phones I had, but so many new features and I love the clock and notifications that can appear faintly on the side. This was a great purchase and I will always be a Samsung lover. Buy this phone!

I Like This Phone!

We had the Galaxy S4 phones, and had never been entirely happy with them, so we decided to check out the new S6's. We ended up getting the S6 Edge and are very happy we have. I haven't learned yet how to use all the features, but it is very easy to use. I will be going to a class to find out about all the things I don't know yet; almost all my info transferred over from my old phone, it's so easy to open and close pages, make calls, and--of course--play games. The one big change for me is that I don't disconnect calls accidentally; with the S4, I was constantly pressing against the face and losing the call--that doesn't happen with the new phone. It's slim and lightweight; I'm glad we changed.
