Great phone needs more function

The phone so far is amazing. I understand that the edge is a new concept but I wish it had more functionality with applications. Makes me look foward to more updates in the future.

Battery life is the same as past models

i upgraded from an S3 and aside from the design, i don't notice much difference in performance, speed, and battery life.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, design
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never miss a photo opp due to a slow phone again! Double tap the home button and it launches the camera in 1 second! Zoom and crop pictures in a flash. Voice recognition is extremely fast and accurate, I have reduced the amount of typing for information with 90%. The screen resolution is so clear it almost looks fake. The gold color takes it over the top! Love this phone!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, fast
Cons: not water proof

Edge - Nice display but functionally limited

After using the S6 Edge for a few weeks now, I have to say that I love the display and the performance of the phone, but am very disappointed with the functionality of the Edge display. It seems to me there are a lot of things you could do with that real estate in different apps, but right now it is more of a gimmick than a real selling point that would drive me to buy another Edge. The only feature that I use is the Night Clock, but even that could have more functionality and choices of what is displayed.
The phone seems well constructed and very solid in feel, again love the quality of the display and the performance of the phone with the processor and memory. Would still love to have more storage and would definitely take that over the Edge display.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: expensive, no sd slot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my Galaxy S6 edge for about 2 weeks now and I do not have any complaints. Overall it is a very cool phone with a fast processor and great camera. Everyone who sees me using it asks me what kind of phone it is because of it's unique design. I wouldn't recommend any phone just based on it's design but I find myself recommending it to anyone who asks about it because of it's overall performance. Get this phone!
