Great refresh to the Galaxy flagship line. This phone boast in the design department especially in the gold model. Phone battery is a main drawback, while the edge has a slight drawback the versatility of swapping batteries expandable storage and it's IP certification.
If you're a heavy on the go camera user the Galaxy S6 edge is a great option when it comes to megapixels. shooting in 4k is crisp but recording at 60 fps is amazing. Although Slow-motion is an option the fps is not as great as other competitors.
As for the UHD screen, it is an eye catcher. viewing is great on youtube, playing 60fps or even streaming in 2k. Colors are over saturated but that's to be expected with an amoled screen from samsung.
Samsung pay works very well, with the exception of the limited supported cards. Being able to use it at kiosk that don't support NFC is a plus.
In short the Galaxy S6 edge has gained some ground over the previous generation but lost some of it's versatility.
Great product , everything it says it is! Only thing navigation messes up once in a blue moon (no has nothing to do with my location at the time) durable to a point.
