Great phone, not-so-great hands free

Having upgraded from a Motorola Droid Mini to the Samsung S6, I am a little disappointed in the hands-free features offered through Google Now. On my Droid, I could call on Google Now whenever I wanted, even if the phone was locked, and it would respond. With the S6 however the phone must be unlocked in order for GN to work. Another gripe I have with the S6 versus my old Droid is the driving mode feature. Motorola Assist was wonderful -- it would detect when I was driving and announce text messages and phone calls out loud, allowing me to stay focused on the road while still being able to answer calls and respond to texts. Since my car is not equipped with Bluetooth, before driving I have to manually activate Car Mode on my S6 (an app which was not pre-installed on the phone and had to be downloaded from the Samsung store). Even when activated, it does not provide the hands-free ease that I wish it did, and perhaps worst, it leaves the phone's display on and drains battery unless I manually lock it. Despite these issues, I have been pleased with the rest of the S6's performance -- the screen is nice and easy to read, albeit a little large for my tastes. The battery life is good and it charges quickly. Perhaps with an update, Samsung could remedy the clunky hands-free features, but overall the S6 has been a great smartphone.

I can't believe how fast and easy this is to set up and use.

I love my new phone. Within the first few hours, I was connected to everything and enjoying the net and Facebook like I was on a computer. Plus, an added bonus is a health tracker included as a tool. I've been using it every day. It takes your oxygen and heart rates, tracks sleeping, food intake, stress levels as well as exercise and steps you take. I was recently diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and congestive heart failure, so this came in handy.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, all the tools

i love the samsung galaxy since i bought my first galaxy s3. now i have the s6 i love it its jst that it heats up 2 fast doesnt have a sd card slot so the ram performance goes up pretty fast wen using it.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, ram performance

Good but could be Great

The Samsung Galaxy s6 is overall a good phone. It has many great features that make the phone unique. For example, the better finger print lock, the better resolution, and it also has a better core processor. The only things in my opinion that are wrong with the phone are that there is no widget for the flashlight anymore, you can't remove the back cover anymore to get to the battery, and you can't add more storage you have to buy a more expensive phone with the storage you think you'll need right when you get the phone.

Best phone ever

My first Samsung was a S4 and I love it from the first day -so when it was time to upgrade I could think of getting another device that wasn't a Samsung - it so easy to operate. In my opinion the Samsung is a. better then the IPhone.

After switching phone a while back, I wish I had a long time ago. Samsung stood out from the pack, great design and many hidden features. My wife is jealous, because I spend more time with Samsung.
