Worth the wait!

I've had Samsung phones for years but never waited so anxiously for the new release as I did for the S6. It's sleek and sophisticated; it's nimble and quick; and it ups the bar for all cell phones to come. I held onto my S4 for longer than necessary because I wanted all the things the S6 promised, and I got them. I was concerned about battery life and Samsung seemed to have addressed that concern quite well -- the car quick charger is great and actually I've hardly needed to charge the phone more than every day and a half unless I'm spending time in an area with poor cell coverage. There is way less bloatware and fewer "gimmicks" than in previous models. I wanted the gold S6 and that was somewhat of a trial to get, but I'm glad I held out. It's not "Apple champagne;" it's almost like a yellow-tinted chrome, which sets it apart from any other phone on the market. I continue to be a happy Samsung customer!
For the longest time I was using a razr phone and I had nothing but problems and crashes, it was by far the worst phone I ever had, but once I got the S6 I finally have a phone that works. I can't believe it took me so long to get a Samsung phone, and if you don't have one then you need to get to the store and buy one right now!
theres really no comparison. I took pictures at my son's graduation and it came out a lot better than what he took with his IPhone 6. My phone has better features and easier to use and more convenient. The included Galaxy apps are superior to similar apps at the Google Playstore. My old company phone was an S5 and even that I will take before the Iphone. My daugther has the Galaxy S5 and with my experience with my old company phone, I was sure of the S6.
I really like my phone! It's big and easy to see texts, & the graphics (&games) are awesome! Pics are big & clear, Sending and receiving texts are faster, even multimedia texts. I am so glad I went with the Galaxy S6!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, 32g storage, large display screen, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great overall, with some flaws

The phone is very well built and feels good to hold in the hand. The placement of the volume and power buttons is much better than it has been on previous phones. The buttons are not directly opposite each other, so when pressing the power button, I do not press the volume buttons and vice versa.
The optical image stabilization in the camera is very much needed on phones, and it helps an incredible amount when taking video and low-light photos. The quality of the camera is also very good, with enough detail to make me happy, but it isn't oversharpened like pictures from some other current flagship phones.
Touch Wiz isn't bloated as it was on the Galaxy S4 (my previous phone), and the phone is generally pretty snappy. There are occasional times when the phone starts lagging and it takes 20-30 seconds for it to recover, and it doesn't seem like there's a pattern to this, which is pretty annoying. I have also had apps crash randomly on various occasions, and the crashes aren't reproducible, so I don't believe it's the app's fault.
The fingerprint sensor is much improved from the Galaxy S5. I just press the home button and leave my finger on the button, and it unlocks the phone. It generally works well, but I have had some difficulties with the consistency of the sensor. If my fingers have any dirt on them, it won't work on the first try. Additionally, I can't even get the sensor to work when I'm working out and my fingers are sweaty. Even after wiping my fingers off, it takes multiple tries if my hands are dirty/oily/sweaty. The backup password is a little annoying because of the requirements - it requires a letter and a number. I would much prefer having a backup pin instead of password, like the backup pin when the pattern lock is enabled. This would allow someone else to unlock my phone instead of me telling them an entire password with letters and numbers. Instead, I either have to come unlock the phone with my fingerprint, which is annoying.
I haven't been able to get through an entire day's worth of usage out of the battery because I use the phone fairly heavily throughout the day. With the same usage on the Galaxy S4, I have been able to, so the battery performance has decreased even though the battery size has stayed almost the same from the S4.
Overall, it's a great phone, but it has some flaws (some of which can be fixed through software). I would recommend the phone to many people, as it is easy to use and feels great in the hand.
Pros: Bright display, feels good in the hand, good camera, fingerprint sensor is handy, good build quality, not too big or too small
Cons: battery isn't great, apps occasionally (and randomly) crash and freeze, fingerprint sensor doesn't always work properly
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is amazing! The camera is beautiful, the gps, and all the apps are great. The only thing though is the battery i keep charging my phone, the battery runs out rally quick even if im not using an app. But overall the phone is wonderful! My friend so jealous with the camera outcome....
