toaster is toast

Purchased toaster. Toaster will not stay down to toast. Returned toaster to store. Purchased 2nd toaster. This toaster will not stay down either. I will not be purchasing any more Black & Decker products
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this toaster a few months ago and so far it has been serving its purpose well. It makes my toast faster and just the way I like it according to the settings. I love that it has the frozen setting so my kids can make their frozen toaster strudel just right. Another great feature is that when they pop up they are higher up so my kids can grab them out without having to risk getting burned or trying to use a utensil to reach down in the toaster. I personally like the fact that I can put my everything bagels in the toaster without it scraping the goodies off. The wider slots are a great feature to me. I would definitely recommend this toaster.

I had this toaster for one year. The little nob that you push down to toast stopped staying down. Great toaster up until that point.

Best toaster ever!!!

I am 76 years old and have bought quite a few toasters in my lifetime but I have never had one that worked as well as this one. Not only is it quick but it toasts both sides perfectly and evenly. My husband loves it so much, he makes himself toast every single morning now.
