Used once and stopped working

I had this product for a year before I used it. Worked fine but then I moved. So I have not used it for a year and now it won't work. I hand washed it so it hasn't been in the dishwasher. I even bought one for my daughter at the same time I got mine. Her's works. Upset. B&D usually has a good rep but this product is a huge disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my Black +Decker chopper as a Christmas Gift! I love to cook for my family. I work from home and usually cook meals on my lunch break which is one hour. I have saved time using this product. I no longer have to dice and chop manually which is time consuming.. I can mix any type of seasoning for meals and its deliciously flavored!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very hard to use and when you get it to work it does not chop very at all.

This is the best thing added to our kitchen

Bought this a few months ago. We loved it so much that we bought one for our friends. Now it looks as if we are going to have to buy one for our son now.
However there is one flaw with this. The power cord is too short. If I had to make a recommendation about this product, add at least another 12 inches to the cord. Those of us that don’t have power every 2 feet apart in the kitchen this would be perfect.

Excellent little chopper, great for onions and other vegetables, love it! I like the two bowls to chop and store for later use, I highly recommend this one and makes a great gift - it's a workhorse that won't disappoint!!
