Great product

I purchased this oven a few weeks ago. It is a very versatile little machine. It does everything from toasting, baking it is also a convention oven.
This is a must have for a busy family.
This toaster can but your cooking time in half to allow to spend more quality time with the family.
Since I purchased this toaster oven I use it daily.I have virtually no need to use my oven for hours on in.
If you dont have this oven you are missing out.
I highly recommend it to seniors, moms, dads, and it portable you can use it for tail gates too

Tray Ruined

I have had the oven for a year. Instructions said not to use brillo pad on tray or aluminium foil. Tried dishwasher and totally discolored tray. Googled what to do and found that I should soak in vinegar. Now the tray has rust marks all over it. Why did you make a tray that could not be cleaned. I need to purchase a new tray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this as a Christmas present from my husband as I was looking for one of these. Easy enough to use. Looks good on the counter and does not take up much room. Made banana bread in a loaf pan that fitted perfectly inside the oven. Came out great, moist and tasty. Only downside was that it took almost as much time as in my oven. But in fairness, the oven never gave such a moist loaf as this one was. Heated up frozen bread that came out perfect and moist also.. Happy with this toaster oven.

I like my older Black&Decker toaster oven better!

I have a trusted Black&Decker toaster oven, that has given me years of count-on use. I didn't need a new one, but when this one states that it AirFries with convection, I was excited. It's also taller than my older model, allowing larger items to fit. I have not had a convection prior and have heard how even baking they are.
The issues I didn't like about this new one, were many. I didn't realize that the convection would only run on the AirFry setting. So it can not be used while baking. I also didn't realize that the width was less than my older model. Many of my pans didn't fit. AND the worse part was while baking cookies, the ones in the back, are done sooner than the ones in the front. So I have to rotate the pan. I had to figure out the timing, so the ones that were in the back, didn't get overly done, while in the front. This uneven baking also happens during the convection AirFry. AND how silly is it that I have to rotate (many times) the veggies during AirFrying? Isn't that the idea with the mesh sheet pan? Shouldn't that allow to Fry the bottom and top at the same time? In a regular oven, I don't need to turn any veggies, due to the pan browning the bottom and the heat browning the top. With this toaster oven, I'm babysitting it, the entire time I've got anything in it, cookies to veggies. Seriously, I need to WATCH anything I have in there!
I'm always pleased with Black and Decker as a company. So when I saw other brands that had simular toaster ovens, I wanted the B&D. I will continue using my older B&D older model, as it has not let me down. What I'm going to do with this one, I have no idea. This does heat up well, but I don't like the outcome.

Great Item for any Kitchen

I brought this a year ago and it is still going strong. Not a minute problem with this item. Toast and bakes as good as any oven and uses less power.

Was looking to replace my older model B & D and this one is great. Got to toast my toast then put cheese on it and broil to melt. Great size - convection works fast.

Simply perfect little oven

I love this little toaster oven. It has everything I need, from broiling to baking to toasting. It is of a compact size so it doesn't take much space on my countertops therefore fitting everywhere I place it. It is also super easy to clean up if you keep up with it with a removable crumbs tray. Multiple settings is plus. I love this toaster oven and recommend it to all.

recently purchased this product, still learning what I can do with this, but so far I am really liking it. Cooks and toasts much better than my old toaster oven, also quicker. Air fry feature is an added bonus.
