The convection option of the microwave works brilliantly and we simply can’t soeak highly enough of every aspect of this applicable.

Cooks good, interface fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control interface is way too slick. It has all these unnecessary animations and pictures that just get in the way of what the thing is supposed to do -- cook food. The biggest fail is the main selection control for setting temp, cook time, cook method, etc. The info scrolls as you swipe your finger, like a mobile app. It's very slow to get to the desired time or setting and not accurate if you try to scroll faster. It's very annoying and now I'm stuck with it. Just use dedicated buttons for main functions and a number pad for entering time and temps. WAAAAY simpler. Overall pretty dissatisfied.

Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Alingnment and Controler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alignment of Oven, Microwave, and Controller - see photos. The Controller has been replaced three times - Ghost turn-on. The current Controller has licked up and I had to recycle power to clear. Controller still have ghost issues, randomly plays microwave turn-off tune. Microwave light also has ghost issues, turns on by itself and sometimes does not turn on when using.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
