They are stainless steel and help my home look modern and chic. I would definitely recommend this brand to my family and friends, and would consider purchasing other appliances in the future!

Hasn’t worked since day 1

The power buttons work to allow us to choose settings, etc, however we have not been able to use the oven as it powers on but doesn’t heat up. Called immediately to get a tech out and they aren’t available to come out until the end of the month. So we will have had a brand new oven for a month which we have never been able to use.
Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If only it heated properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago. I am already waiting on a replacement heat sensor. Not sure this was a good purchase. The photo attached shows two pie crusts. Both baked on the same rack at the same temperature for the same amount of time. As you can see, one is undercooked and the other is burnt to a crisp.
