I've had this wall oven for about 3 weeks. The display is easy to understand and use, and the convection bake and roast features cook beautifully. The interior is large. My only complaint is that it takes about 12-15 minutes to pre-heat.

I can set the oven on 350 degrees, and it heats to that temperature, but after 10- 20 minutes the temp drops 20-30 degrees. The items to be baked don't get done.
