I puchased this oven a month ago and I love it. My previous oven was noisey and this one is so quiet. This is important because it is located in our great room where we watch television. We cannot believe the difference.

I purchased this oven by accident when shopping for a refrigerator.So, I bought both!! My appliances were going out all at the same time from a lightning strike.The stainless steel is beautiful I love all the options for different cooking modes. Convection, warmer, special baking modes, etc. It's so easy and fun, I use it every day! The lighting at night is perfect in my kitchen. The clock is wonderful and "dings"on every quarter hour. New display panel is a plus and the unit heats evenly and thoroughly. We had a small design issue where the door panel came unhinged and caused the unit fan to run constantly for several hours. A simple fix with a screw solved the problem and have not had a problem since. I wish the timer and alert notification bell was louder so I could hear it in another room.

We had to replace our 20-year-old Jenn-Air wall oven (which we have installed under the counter). I didn't want to reconfigure our kitchen and was terrified the new oven wouldn't fit correctly. I went to several showrooms to compare products. I researched all the brands within our price range and finally chose another Jenn-Air. I liked its features and style. I cook homemade meals virtually everyday, so I really had to be happy with my choice. It was very easy to learn to use. It's very quiet. As a fun feature, you can select a photograph display behind the clock to coordinate with the season or a party theme. My daughter loves showing that to our guests. I can only hope this oven lasts as long as our old one. I would definitely recommend this model. P.S. I just have one question: Do you have a recommendation as to what to use to clean the glass in the interior of the oven? I don't want to scratch it. Please e-mail me. Thanks!
