I no longer have to spend 15 or 20 minutes to dry my long, thick hair. This lightweight dryer gets the job done quickly, and it looks pretty and pink when left on the counter to cool. Best dryer I have owned!

We bought this dryer and within 4 months the handle slowly cracked and keeps cracking making me think this could be a hazard. I contacted customer service and I am expected to ship it back to them at my cost??? NO WAY! This dryer also too heavy and the cold shot control is in a spot where it inadvertently gets pushed during drying. Recently it started to smell like an electrical fire while drying and had to unplug it for fear it would catch fire. So we are out 30 bucks for a hair dryer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
