I'm completely disappointed with this phone and the functionality. I truly feel like I have taken at least 3 steps back in the technological world. I've been an Android user for a long time and have been pretty happy with the battery life, if I overused the battery I would expect it to die fast but taking if off the charger at 6am and then having to plug it in by 11am is not what I paid for. The battery does charge fast, which is fine if you don't mind carrying a charger with you at all times and being restricted to always having access to an outlet for charging, as I can't even make it through an 8 hour work day without it needing charged. The next item that is BAD is that the phone gets HOT when using it. I called ATT and they sent me a new one we will see how it works. One bad thing that they do is that I am paying for a new one but getting a refurbished one. I have had to turn off GPS, a lot of the aps. that I use and I have it on power saving mode, but nothing happens. No SD card, no removable battery, Why would you even think this is ok to do to the customers? The appeal of the earlier Galaxy line was the removable battery and the microSD card support. A removable battery is more important than you might think because batteries die and sometimes you need to do a battery pull because the phone freezes. Nothing is perfect and so turning off the device quickly is rarely, but sometimes, necessary. Removing the main reasons why people buy Samsung is not smart; Why is Samsung trying to alienate the customers.

This phone is a step down from the S5 and S4. It doesn't have a removable battery, no sd card slot, not waterproof like the S5.
this phone is bogus

Bought it a few weeks ago to replace my Samsung Galaxy S4. Draw back for some maybe that the S6 does not have a SD slot for additional storage. It does have a 128 GB option though. Also no customer replaceable battery. Those are not important options for me. Runs great!

I was perfectly happy with my S5 but since it was time to renew or move on, I decided to upgrade. The new S6 is aesthetically appealing but you can't add a media card or remove the battery. One of the reasons I bought an android and not an iPhone is because of the ability to customize. The battery life is awful. I don't have any apps notifying me so why does it need constant charging? Apps freeze, screen doesn't rotate, some apps open or close on their own, all in all as a I said I was happy with the S5 and this new S6 looks great but has some serious bugs to work out before the S7.

I like the as it operates. Since I never had a Samsung before, it took some adjustment. I had an HTC before, but I like the Samsung much more.
