though it started well, I've had it for two years and now things are going very wrong. when I try to type the keyboardent disappears. and now it's starting to not open.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone but don't like the built-in battery. Lately I've been having an issue with the battery keeping charge. But overall, a great phone. Just wish I could easily swap the old battery for a new one.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: built-in battery

battery life was the worst

The only way you could make your phone last even close to 12 hours was to put it on ultra battery conserve screen black and white all that good stuff otherwise it was a great phone but the battery life was so poor it brought the value way down.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, lots of storage, very fast
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery so bad, sound was not loud enough
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Password is not being recognized (that once was recognized). Can't log in through android device manager or samsung find my mobile because there is already a screen lock on the phone (previously you could get in these two routes). THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO GET INTO YOUR PHONE ANYMORE IF FOR SOME REASON YOUR PASSWORD IS NOT RECOGNIZED!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, no recovery

I don't like the fact that it's not water proof.or that you can't use a memory card.it has a lot less features then the s5.the only thing that's better is the camera and I don't even use it that much.overall I like my s5 better.thinking about getting rid of this and getting an s7 or maybe an iPhone if it's not any better.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, not waterproof, no memory card storage, can't change battery, doesn't have near the features of the s5, can't delete unwanted apps.
