My son has had the product for less than a year and around the 9month of having the device, the device just turned off and wont turn back on. Theres no physical damage and the phone was being used as it was intended. My son had a great case and screen protector on it, device is in great condition physically but the software is faulty. Im still making payments on the device yet havent been able to even use it the last few months. Very frustrating and dissatisfied and if i dont get a replacement under warranty, ill be turning my back on samsung for sure.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality, not satisfied at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just now activating it but I'm sure it's going to be much better than my five-year-old Samsung Infuse 97 I had in a very long time and none of the features were even able to be used with it I don't think I hope I'm wrong because I'd like to put a lot of my information from that phone to this new S6
