Phone reset all by itself. I lost all of my newborns pictures.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality

I was so excited to get this phone because I loved my S3 and tablet. Now I can't wait to get rid of it. The first one I got would not stay bluetoothed to anything. It would pair, connect once or twice and then not connect so I would have to go through the whole process again. When running errands it was VERY problematic. I returned it under wattanty and got a new one. This one had MAJOR battery drain issues. It was also exchanged under warranty. Phone number 3 has both the above issues but to a much lesser extent so I am keeping it until it is paid off and getting an HTC. The one thing I do really like about this phone is it has the best camera on any phone. It even takes better pictures than my current digital camera.

Cons: battery, bluetooth, can't expand memory with sd card
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Afrer the arrival the unit simply would not turn on. I am a certified USN electronic tech. NO SCREEN NO POWER .Most likely cause short as motherboard heats up but no excitation current to ignite system to full on. nothing only heat.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sensitive, no easy access to battery like s345

I received this phone to replace my Iphone. I have to say I like the operation of this phone better. But the I liked the the size of my Iphone much better. The Samsung feels a little clumsy in my hand.

Overall this product is quite nice, it operates well, has lots of nice features.
The design is Sleek and compact yet very sturdy and rugged with good build quality.
