Love everything except the back glass

The back is so slippery that the phone will slide even when you would not expect it to. Wish the back glass were frosted or patterned to help hold it in place. Otherwise, the best phone I've owned.

Ease of use and picture quality

I truely like the ease of use with the apps that were made for galaxy and the ones selected for my personal use. They are easy to pull up and usein that they are operator friendly. I can't say enough about the picture quality of this unit and ease of use with the user friendly photo program for editing. Thanks a bunch for thinking about the end user.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: unit heats up for some reason.

A little glitchy

At first I loved this phone then I started having charging issues. It would still drain while plugged in. Turned in a warranty claim, and the new phone, which was a certified like new phone, started turning off and on so quickly that I couldn't do anything. Did a factory reset and it still did the same thing. I get the first phone back out, and it's now working great.
Overall, I really like the phone. You definitely need some type of case on it because it's so so slippery.

Pleasantly Surprised

This is my first Samsung phone and I could not be happier. I was extremely nervous switching from a brand I had used and liked for many many years, but I have no regrets. The camera was a major selling point for my decision to switch and I have not been disappointed! My only con would be battery life, it seems to drain very fast.

Have not used it to its max potential but I hope its a better piece of equipment than the previous galaxy products that I had problems with. Not software or applications issues but the device itself.
