Nice looking, big view

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 10-year old Thermador that had a faulty display panel that was discontinued. Not welcomed on a $3500 double oven! The Whirlpool was much cheaper and had many more features.The Whirpool look looks nice, has added shelves and convection cooking on both ovens. So far has functioned fine and cooking is even. Waiting to see how well the self clean works.Would have liked to see seamless stainless steel corners. The slit corner seam creates a sharp edge. Although each oven has a cook timer, I would have liked to have a second regular timer; one for each oven. The cook timer shuts the oven off when finished (unless I am missing the instructions on how to use it). If one is cooking several trays, just would like to set a timer each time.

2 years old and the control l board has gone out

I loved my double ovens however after two years of use the control board has gone bad. After some research it looks like it will be pricey to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has never worked

We had this installed in our new home 2 1/2 months ago and it has never worked. Waiting another 4 weeks for parts again to see if they can fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older stove with this. I've only been using this a couple of weeks but first glance it's really easy to use. Love the slide out shelves and 3 shelves per oven. Will make cookie baking a breeze!Can't wait to try this for a big dinner!

Very Happy with our purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed a few weeks ago to replace a Kitchen Aid double wall oven. Overall we like the oven, appearance and especially the features like true convection on both the top and bottom oven. We really like the full size door window, avoids having to open the door to check status. Some of the features (ie converting bake temp/time to convection bake temp/time) aren't fully intuitive, and requires some getting used to but that is mostly learning a new feature rich oven. We had the temp checked by a technician, and it was spot on. It initially preheats 60-70 degrees above the target to allow for door opening but once it is preheated and the door closed the temperature was spot on (within 2-5 degrees) which the technician indicated was exceptional for current ovens. We also had a bit of an issue as the cabinet was 23 3/4" deep vs. 24" which made routing the hardwired electrical cable a bit challenging and required removing a section of the back of the cabinet. No problem, just took a bit longer to install than planned.
