Still learning to adapt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we replaced a combo microwave /oven by kenmore. It was very fast to preheat the oven and the microwave was very powerful. This unit is quite different. For example, this microwave takes 3-4 minutes to pop a single serve popcorn. Takes 5 minutes to reheat a bowl of soup. Another thing, the microwave popcorn bag comes out like its been in a vacuum sealer. Air is sucked out and NO STEAM whatsoever. Oven takes 3 times as long to pre-heat. It takes about 10-15 minutes to pre-heat to 350 vs about 7 minutes on our old unit. Overall, we are pleased other than these differences that we will just have to get used to.

Love the Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the product about a month and are pleased with the style and the features. Having a convection oven in the microwave as well as the oven gives us options for cooking that we have not had before.
The microwave door pulling down instead of swinging open makes it a little longer reach to the center of the microwave but not bad.

Lots of features...super hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like all the features of the oven. The drawback is that it gives off A LOT of heat. t needs to be better insulated. Ensure you don't install too high or shorter people will have an issue with accessing the microwave.

Fantastic appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an upgrade I made to the gourmet kitchen in my new home and I absolutely LOVE it! It's great being able to put a frozen pizza, biscuits, or even french fries, in the microwave convection oven and they all come out perfect -- and it's even better because I don't have to heat the big convection oven for just one thing. I've only used the large convection oven a couple of times and it too works great. The ovens are quiet and I like that you don't have to figure out what temperature or how long to bake something in the convection ovens -- they do all the work for you -- you just enter in your normal bake temperature and time and they automatically convert it for you. I definitely recommend this appliance to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen -- it's well worth the extra money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this oven installed now for about a month. Although it's fairly simple to operate, I have kept the owner's manual handy. So far, I've only used the lower oven bake and broil feature, and the upper oven microwave and crisp feature. The crisp feature is unbelievable. Yes, you can fry bacon and eggs perfectly in the microwave in less than 10 minutes. The broil feature in the lower oven is so quiet I first thought it was broken. All in all, it looks great and it is performing beautifully.

A great oven combo.

These are feature packed ovens, capable of most needful settings, but figuring out how to get the features to work requires a learning curve.I would recommend an on line video.
