Wow, it is nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a 21 year old Whirlpool oven. It is a very nice unit, we have really enjoyed using it. Cookies and everything you put in it come out perfect. I highly recommend it.

I bought built in model April 2015 only to have it stop working 14 months later. Electricians said it was product, not wiring. Whirlpool built substandard model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This oven has two problems. First, it takes too long to preheat. Even when you take out the unused oven racks (and put them where?) which is recommended by Whirlpool. Second, it is hard to get the convection temp correct. We have had years of convection oven experience. The preheat problem might have something to do with the fact that we were told we must have a 40amp circuit for the oven but it came as a 20amp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is wonderful to know that I can bake again without having to watch every minute to see if it is working. We have baked a lot with all three racks and it is wonderful not to have to move items around for even heating. Both regular and convection feature work great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, this is a good middle of the road oven. The door is solid which was one of the reasons I selected it. Some of the other ovens I tested had a door that felt light-weight and cheap. I love the roll out feature of the bottom rack. It is easy to use and works great. I wasn't in the market for a convection oven but it was a nice added bonus. For the price this is a good choice!
