Almost perfect

The military look of this bag really got my attention. Obviously from the look, it is not real military. So it has the "functional" look without the overt military connection.
It's also a great bag. it's very rugged. It has a bunch of loops on the front to clip on USB drives, keys, a pocket-watch or one of those mini-weather meters. And, very importantly, it has a good sturdy handle ... not all mesenger bags do.
My two issues are, the laptop is in a decently padded compartment but it's right against your body. I'm conserned that if I'm in a hurry, grab the bag and throw it on; my netbook will slam against my hip, side, cell phone ... I guess I would like it "further inside" the bag with more padding around it.
Also, you basically have 4-pockets, the laptop compartment in back, the zip pocket on the flap (where everyting flops around as you open and close the bag), the small inner pocket and the huge main compartment. Inside the main compartment there are 2 cell phone-type pockets and a couple of pen loops, but that's it ... I like to catagorize my stuff more, I like plenty of pockets. It also needs more small storage for business cards, pens, highlighters, etc. I think this is more of a school/collage bag vs. business.
And if you're more the type to have everything in one main pocket, this will work great for you.

Pros: rugged, styleish, lots of loops to clip on to, a good "meduim" size
Cons: laptop against your body, needs another pocket or two, better for school/collage than business, there's no real office supply section
