Great way to store and play music files

Last year I purchased a HAP-Z1ES. The unit is amazingly solid/heavy and well built. The process of transferring file across is simple once set up, though the first transfers take a while if you have a lot of music on your computer. My files were in FLAC format, about 300 CD's worth, and took several hours to all transfer. After that files transfer over in the background whenever they are added to the relevant music folder on your computer.
The sound quality is very good. The Sony app which I use to control the unit is excellent and easy to use. The 'favourites' feature is nice.
The controls on the front of the unit are easy to use, along with the screen on the unit, when you do not have your wifi on.
Some of my music was from recent download purchases, but much was ripped from cd's purchased over the last 30 or so years. All transferred across without problem, except for one cd which was a Sony Music SACD. While I understand the need for copy right protection, it is disappointing given I have already paid out good money for the music. However I can play the tracks on another digital player which is on my other hifi system.
