Not very good at setting up new phones ( OLD !!) but this was easy, even for a old guy. Easy to use awesome camera
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable

Like many, was hesitant to switch to the Note 5 from the 4 due to the lack of removable battery and SD card slot. Battery life is at least as good as my Note 4, if not better. Obviously can't switch out battery, but the fast charging is fast and I would say on a daily basis, overall, I get better battery life . All in all, a nice device
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: no sd card expansion
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone has been nothing short of spectacular for me.
I love the fact the phone is made up of glass with the sides being made up of a metal alloy.
I know people tend to state that because of the glass, it's vulnerable to cracking easily when dropped, but to me it beats out plastic any day. I have had the phone's backing be plastic and over time it would crack on it's due to the stress of placing it down numerous times. Glass has a better chance of not cracking when not being thrown around so easily that is.
The phone runs smoothly and it takes amazing photos, unless lighting is very poor.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

This phone is ok. Nothing to write home about. Only issue i have is with the wireless charging. I bought a samsung wireless charging pad for it and was excited about it. Needless to say it only works part of the time. Most of the time it does not charge even tho it says it is. Even with all apps closed still does not charge. Very disappointed in this.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life and chargimg issues

My daughter has been a Samsung user for many years, and wanted me to upgrade from my old (over 10 years) flip phone and insisted she get me a Samsung and put me on her plan. I was scared, but after 2 days of having it, I have the basics down and will start venturing out to learn more. So far, this is so great it's hard to believe! I need to practice using that small keyboard for texting, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon.
