We are extremely happy with our Samsung 65' TV. It has all the features we were looking for in a TV. It has a bright picture display with realistic color.

For the price, the quality of this TV is amazing. The picture is vibrant and clear, the sound is above average quality without a sound bar being used, and I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Great Value / Low Performance of Integrated Tech

I was really excited about the featurs of the tv, until I started using them.
First, the TV broadcasts IGMP packets that send shut-down signals across wired components - effectively turning off my media players as soon as I can boot them.
Second, you can't turn off blue tooth.
Third, there does not appear to be app control for the AllCast/AllShare that may be driving the IGMP discovery
Fourth, the color control is good at the detail level, but you really need to have calibration settings to get them anywhere near correct. Out of the box is horrible, bright, unwatchable to a discerning eye.
I look foreward to learning more about this tv, but good thing I am technically inclined, because there are several aspects of the integrations that do not seem well thought throung. Great value for the money though.

great picture see a lot more detail than I have seen before only problem is the picture cuts off the score when thy have it on the lower right side of the screen still working on getting that problem solved.

Went looking for one of the supposedly, "last Plasma TV's". No such luck, they vanished from the planet. Except those that bought and now post for sometimes double the price! So I went into my command center and devoured reviews and ratings on LED, ULTRA HD, 4K AND OLED. Talk about marketing blah blah blah! Went to my always reliable forums and my technical/performance understanding (to some degree) was complete. Next, go shopping with my eyes.
Looked at all brands, this TV displayed nothing but, performance! The test, I stood back from each LED, ULTRA, 4K and OLED about 10'. Walked off to angle viewing until picture was no longer acceptable. They all looked the same. If you put your face two feet away from all the screens, OLED IS KING! But who watches their TV from this distance?
I told the salesman, I need to think about it. Wifey said, it's sold, put it in the car. She loved it!
Pros: Realistic color, value, performance, incredible options

So, I'm in the very early stages of ownership with this TV. After about a month of going back and forth over which new big screen to buy I settled on this one after good reviews and recommendations. Overall I'm very pleased.
The good: The picture is phenomenal. I replaced a 7 year old Sony Bravia 52" LCD that had a very very nice picture. I wanted to go bigger and that was the only reason I was looking for a new one. Based on the quality of my old TV, my standards were pretty high. This TV is almost scary when it comes to the detail in the picture, especially on streaming video. The blacks are super deep. The main thing I wanted in a new TV was size and picture quality. The quality is fabulous. The size for my room is good but honestly I could have went to a 70" or possibly a 75" to make it downright amazing.
The OK: With the IR blaster, I couldn't get the samsung remote to control my Dish Network. Kind of frustrating because now my dish remote doesn't change my channels!! I will be trying to program and call support. I may be doing something wrong but it seems easy enough. The apps are a bit slow. Loading up Amazon Instant Video wasn't very instant. I was hoping to get rid of my 3 year old Sony Internet Player but may keep it, as it loads much faster than the TV does. Finally, Netflix won't connect. I've read several reviews about this and again, it's frustrating since that and Amazon are the 2 things I use most when watching TV. I did update the firmware right out of the box so I do have the latest version. Again, I will get on the phone with support for this.
Overall, the most important thing to me is the picture and this TV hits a home run. I would highly recommend this if that is what your after. The design is sleek and looks good even when it's off. I only give this 4 as opposed to 5 stars because of the slowness of Amazon and the problems with Netflix. Two very important components to the smart TV. Otherwise, a fantastic product.

TV was a bit too bright and vivid out of the box, but after finding some picture adjustments on line, I've got it dialed in for the perfect picture. (for our living space and viewing habits)
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, nice looks
Cons: sound needs a sound bar.
