lots of options which I love

the only thing I am not happy about is how noisy the washing machine is when spinning - it is very very noisy

Love the glass lid, works well, and is quiet when running. I would like to see a little more water for washing or be able to add a little more water to some loads.

After having a not so great experience with a GE washing machine and their customer service, I finally recieved this washer as a replacement. I am extremely satisfied with the performance and how quiet it stays during the cycle.

We had a similar Maytag for the past 7 years. Some of the complaints about water levels sound a little like folks that may not be familiar with HE washers. This one has a soak option which is nice and something we didn't have previously. Also, the spin noise isn't anywhere nearly as loud as our last one - but it was getting to the end of its life. The loads we have done so far look good. Not sure the wifi connect app is going to be much of a benefit - but I do like gadgets. We will see.

Beautiful machine. Small loads wash well. Love OXI cycle for bar towels. Doesn't allow for medium to large loads. Clothes don't wash properly and blacks end up with dirty lint on them. Not pleased that I cannot add water to tub for larger loads…I need a larger loading washer (there are only two of us, so I'm not talking giant loads). Have trouble with one set of king sheets with three standard pillow cases. The machine should accommodate such a load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer about 5 months ago. And I am so pleased as to how quickly and thoroughly it cleans the clothes. The tub is big enough to wash my King Size Comforter and handles it gently. The clothes do not get twisted in knots like my old machine would especially pants. There is also enough features on this machine that I have not even used them, yet! I love it!!

Large Load capacity with many options

The washer has performed well so far. The large capacity allows washing comforters, pillows, blankets, etc. We have had to manually reset it once, and have noticed on black polyester items that sometimes all the soap is not rinsed off, but now when we wash those items, we just add one extra rinse with the push of a button and everything comes out.
