Full featured and easy to use!

We have been using our new GE washer for nearly a month, and we love it. It completely automates the wash process, has a huge capacity, and is designed to prevent the kind of mistakes most users make with their machines.

gets out of balance real easy

Bought to replace a 10year old machine. This new one is very quiet and fits perfectly. also good viewing with the glass top.

Good Machine, but its had issues

The machine is beautiful. It does a lot of laundry, and appears to be very efficient. The washer though has required me to have the service folks here on 3 different occasions.
The machine will struggle to pump out water from large loads like sheets, towels, rugs & blankets. The technician said the system is detecting that it can't drain, but it won't finish the load w/o draining. So in order to finish the load, it has to add more water!
This appeared to be fixed by the last visit from the technician who replaced the motherboard, but unfortunately it happened again so I am back in troubleshooting mode. I do want to return it, especially after 4 months of owning it, so I will continue to call the technician until the issue can no longer be rectified.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
