Compact Great to take camping.

Compact. Great to take camping. Back up to my home grill. On my 3ed one. The only problem is the heat shield rusts out while the rest of the grill is still working. And by the time you order one and add shipping on. You’re close to the price of a new one. Had that happen 3x now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great portable grill

These small grills are great for camping, takes up very little space and just the right size for two. I really like the igniter, a lot easier than lighting with a butane lighter and the wind shield will keep it from going out when its windy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

wont stay lit

I got it quite cheap, however I have yet to have it light. First time was at the beach and thought it was the wind but got back home and tried and still nothing it lights and sounds like it is lit but burner never fully lights and goes right out. Tried diff propane cannisters to make sure that wasn't the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grills (unless there is a wind)

I purchased this gas grill about two months ago.
I like the smaller, lighter weight, compact portable size that I can take just about anywhere.
The grill assembly went together well with the given instructions.
I like how the lid has hinge brackets so the cover can be placed on the side of the grill when the cover is removed.
Since the first time I used the grill I had problems with the grill staying lit when there was anything more then a slight breeze. Numerous times the flame would just die out while cooking- making a makeshift wind block seemed to help however, lifting the grill cover off the grill base quickly would also cause the flames to die out.
Fortunately the grill does have a built-in ignitor which does light/relight fairly easy.
For a lower cost portable grill it's is OK as long as you anticipate some cooking issues and are aware that this grill will not operate like the higher quality top of the line grills Char-Broil makes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this grill and unfortunately I am missing 2 parts. I have tried to call about getting the missing parts but haven't been able to reach customer service.

Heating.

There are cold spots on the grill and regulator won’t adjust flame fire goes out if you lower it beyond the 3/4 mark, flame blows out even when no windy conditions. Very disappointed. Have had similar type of grills with no problems. Tried to order a new regulator they are out of stock. Does that tell you anything

I have given this grill an average rating because I never used it, so I don't know if it's good or poor. The problem was that the on-line description of the product said "Assembly -- No," but it arrived needing considerable assembly, including of ignition parts and quite small parts. Being an older person with little patience or skill to assemble such things, I just chalked it up to lesson learned and put it away. Accordingly, I can't really recommend it to anyone.
