Tell soap doesn't always come out of the dispenser, which makes you waste more water to clean it again

How is it possible that a current model, in 2018, is missing a delayed cleaning function?

This dishwasher came in a new home. Quality is severely lacking. Looking past the lack of functions (ex. no delay start), cheap look, and impossible to clean surface, I have to thoroughly rinse, basically hand wash every dish. If there is any food residue left on the dishes, the dishes do not get clean. Basically it cleans clean dishes really well, but of course that's not the point of owning a dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works good. Is really loud and seems to take a little longer to run through the cycles than other dishwashers.

worst appliance I have ever had

This model was the standard option in our new home. While the other standard GE appliances in our 'package' like the washer/dryer, cooktop and microwave/oven are very good/excellent; we were disappointed that our builder would put a product of this quality in with the other fine GE appliances. First, it does not clean well AT ALL. The detergent we are forced to use is highly ineffective and does not rinse thoroughly or, even at the very least properly...Finally, unless you use the "recommended drying product" (read: $$$), the dishes are dripping wet even with the "heated dry" function enabled. On a positive note, I use the top rack mainly to drip dry my sponges after hand washing the "clean" dishes... :-(
