the dishwasher is loud does not dry the dishes and many issues with the soap dispenser

Good product but something isnt right

I gave the dishwasher 4 stars because at the 1st few washes, it did wonderfully. Recently, the dishwasher pods are not completely dissolving. I am seeing the detergent and the half of the pod still in the dispenser. Is it the pods, Cascade pods? Is it the user?

This was already in our house when we moved in. Inside of washer is small and the dishes come out soaking wet even when the extra dry cycle is turned on.

Pretty but lacking in function

This dishwasher came with the appliance package in our new house. The machine is attractive stainless steel and I like that the buttons lock so children are not able to start it. It is definitely not one that I would have selected on my own. The capacity is small and poorly designed. I can't justify replacing a brand new appliance so until it stops working I will look forward to it's replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
