As a deploying military member, I bought a new house so my wife wouldn't have to worry about things breaking. This dishwasher came with the house and is a piece of junk. It's so loud that we can't run it and entertain at the same time. The soap dispenser has come disconnected internally in the door twice before I replaced the whole assembly. Soap is released late in the cycle, I think, leaving a huge mess of soap in the door and the bottom of the washer. Dishes are then left unclean and the "heated" dry function is really just a "heated" wet result. Every time I repair/replace the soap dispenser, it lasts only until the day after I deploy or am away for weeks at a time and leaving my pregnant wife to hand wash every dish and tend to 2 children by herself.
1 star for its function as a dishwaher but it does make an ok drying rack for hand washing dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality Dishwasher

This dishwasher came new with a Home Builders new home we purchased. Within a very short period (1 month) The dishes, soap dispenser, wire rollout and carriers all have terrible buildup on them. See photos. This is not from hard water, believe this a Manufacturer's defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cycle takes forever

Overall, I would rate this ok. It does a good job cleaning. Installation was easy but the cycle runs way too long. It seriously takes a couple hours to complete a cycle. If you dont select heated dry everything comes out wet. This was a home warranty replacement and no where near the quality of the unit we previously had. I would consider this apartment grade or for a rehab and flip house.

Not as good as expected

The dishwasher has been in my new construction home for about 6 weeks. Unfortunately it does not work properly. The dishwash detergent container does not release occasionally so it runs without using the detergent. Our dishes, especially plastic containers and cups, are always soaking wet even after using the heated dry option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loudest Dishwasher Ever

This is the loudest dishwasher I have ever owned. We can hear it clunk as it changes cycles on a different floor of our house, and also outside! It takes almost 3 hours to complete wash/dry. We had to start using temp boost (which increased the time) because it was the only way our dishes would get clean, and all the soap would dissolve. Other reviewers commented on liquid detergent being left behind - happened to us, too, so we switched to powder.
