Worst dishwasher ever owned

This brand new dishwasher is the worst I have ever had, including dishwashers in apartments. It doesnt always get the dishes clean, and a "normal" cycle runs for 2-3 hours. If I used the "heavy" cycle I am afraid I would go bankrupt from the water bill. Unfortunately this appliance was what the builders of my home offered and I couldnt afford to buy a different one out of pocket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is very noisy and doesn't clean dish's well all the time and silver ware area is too small

I did buy this item in September and it has a problem to a Time and I called the customer service they said engineer he fix it for the first time then you have a problem the second time they said the engineer and he fix it now I was working good good thing about customer service they have very good service
